THE FIRST SONG WE EVER LEARNED-ABCs

One of The First Songs We Ever Learned—ABC's

Before many of us learned to read, we learned to feel the alphabet. Not as letters on a page, but as a rhythm we could carry in our bodies.

The ABC song was our first doorway into language—a cadence that settled into us long before we understood what the letters meant.

Today, I want to return to that beginning. Not to relearn the alphabet, but to reveal the symbolic movements beneath it—the patterns, the inclinations, the quiet meanings that have been guiding us since childhood.

Perhaps we all learned the alphabet the same way—through a song.
A rhythm.
A sequence that feels simple on the surface but carries a hidden structure.

The cadence isn't random.
The groupings aren't accidental.
The tune itself reveals a pattern of becoming a cycle of movement, identity, and release.

When we sing AB/CD/EFG/HI/JK/LMNOP/QRS/TUV/WX/YZ, we're not just memorizing letters.
We are learning a rhythm of life.

The word "alphabet"

The word "alphabet" comes from the first two letters of the Greek system—alpha and beta.
But, in everyday life, we use it to mean "the building blocks of language."

What if the alphabet is also the building block of meaning?
What if each letter carries a symbolic movement—a gesture, a function, a way of seeing?

When we look at the alphabet symbolically, it becomes more than a list.
It becomes a map.

We say "the ABCs" to mean "the basics."
But basics of what?
Not just reading, but understanding.

When the ABCs are the first symbols we learn, they shape how we think, how we speak, and how we interpret the world.

When we revisit them symbolically, we rediscover the foundations of our own awareness.

The Symbolic Alphabet Presented By Dee Wes

The Symbolic Alphabet isn't about replacing the letters we know.
It's about revealing the movements beneath them.

It helps us notice the subtle things we overlook:
The tilt of a thought, the shift in a conversation, the way a moment feels before we name it.

Symbols guide us every day—not as rules, but as reflections.
They help us understand ourselves, our choices, and our patterns.

Knowing the Symbolic Alphabet gives us a new way to see the world.
Not through analysis, but through awareness.

It's a tool for everyday clarity.
A companion for intuition.
A way to understand what is happening inside us and around us.

Today, I'm opening the window to this system—the cadence, the meaning, the movement.

This is the beginning of the Symbolic Alphabet.
A way of seeing that has been with me for years, quietly shaping how I understand the world.

I'm excited to share it with you.

A-Ascent
The first lift, the upward beginning of any movement.

B-Boundary
The line that defines, protects, or gives shape to what is emerging.

C-Sight
The moment awareness curves toward something and reveals what is present.

D-Door
A threshold that offers entry, exit, or transition into a new state.

E-Energy
The raw movement or charge that animates a moment, thought, or experience.

F-Frequency
The pattern or vibration that shapes how energy is expressed or received.

G-Gate
A selective opening that allows certain movements, meanings, or signals through.

H-Bridge
The connector that links two states, perspectives, or understandings.

I-Self-Awareness
The inner recognition of one's own state, position, or presence.

J-Capture
The moment something is held, noticed, or taken into awareness.

K-Kinetic Shift
The sudden change in direction, momentum, or internal motion.

L-Angling
The shift in orientation that changes how something is seen or approached.

M-Management
The organizing or directing of energy, attention, or internal movement.

N-Inside Perspective
The view from within—the internal angle that shapes interpretation.

O-Gestation
The quiet forming phase where something develops before becoming visible.

P-Potential
The stored possibility waiting for activation or expression.

Q-Cueing
The signal or prompt that initiates movement, awareness, or response.

R-Existence
The state of being present, real, and participating in the moment.

S-Essence
The core truth or quality beneath all expression and form.

T-Time
The unfolding sequence that allows movement, change, and meaning to occur.

U-Unfolding
The gradual reveal of what is becoming.

V-Vision
The ability to see beyond the immediate moment.

W-Widening of Vision
The expansion of awareness, possibility, or perspective.

X-Crossing Point
The intersection where choices, paths, or meanings meet.

Y-Yondering
The antenna-reach toward signals, possibilities, or truths beyond the immediate field.

Z-Zenith
The highest point of expression before the cycle begins again.

Now that you've seen the cleanest version of the Symbolic Alphabet, it helps to return to the beginning—to the words we've used our whole lives without ever really looking at them.

Alphabet. ABCs.

These familiar terms carry more meaning than we realize.
When we unpack them, they reveal why symbols matter in everyday life and why this system feels so natural once you see it.

Unpacking the word "Alphabet"
Ascent/Angling/Potential/Bridge/Ascent/Boundary/Energy/Time

The word "alphabet" carries its own sequence of symbolic movements. When we look at it through the lens of the Symbolic Alphabet, it reveals the cycle every beginning goes through:

A-Ascent
Every creation starts with a lift—the first upward motion toward becoming.

L-Angling
Then comes orientation: the tilt, the direction, the way the beginning chooses to move.

P-Potential
This opens the field of what-could-be—the unshaped possibility waiting to form.

H-Bridge
A crossing point appears, linking the unseen to the forming, the idea to the path.

A-Ascent (again)
But this time, it's the second rise—the beginning after the crossing, the seed taking shape.

B-Boundary
Form needs edges. A boundary gives definition, structure, and identity.

E-Energy
Then the spark arrives—the activation that animates the form.

T-Time
Finally, the sequence unfolds. Time carries the creation forward, allowing it to grow, shift, and become.

What this reveals

The word "alphabet" isn't just a label for letters.
It's a map of creation:
Ascent → Angling → Potential → Bridge → Ascent → Boundary → Energy → Time

It describes how anything begins, forms, and enters the world.

This is why the Symbolic Alphabet feels so natural—it's already encoded in the language we use every day.

Let's look at "ABCs":
Ascent/Boundary/Sight

We use the phrase "the ABCs" to mean the basics, but symbolically, these three letters describe the first mechanics of how we perceive and participate in life.

A-Ascent

The first lift. The upward motion that begins every new thought, choice, or moment.

B-Boundary

The shape. The edge that defines what the beginning belongs to and what it does not.

C-Sight

The reveal. The moment awareness meets form, and we see what the beginning has become.

Why this matters

The ABCs aren't just the first letters we learned—they are the first movements we ever made:

Ascent → Boundary → Sight
Start → Shape → See

This is the basic sequence behind every decision, every shift, every creation.
It's the foundation of how we understand ourselves and the world.

We learned the ABCs without knowing we were learning the architecture of creation.
A start.
A boundary.
A way to see.
It's all still there, tucked inside the simplest song we know.
And maybe that's the real gift—that something so small can carry us, again and again, into new understanding.
